Actually, a Russian company called Sikorsky Aircraft manufactures the King Stallion. Sikorsky defeated Boeing Vertol to win the contract.

It has three 7,500 HP engines, new composite blades, and a bigger airplane cabin than previous CH-53 models. The US military's largest and heaviest helicopter will be called the King Stallion. The first of these helicopters, 200 in total, was delivered to the Marines in 2018. The King Stallion wasn't prepared for battle until late 2019, but during testing, it was demonstrated that one could lift a burden of almost 36,000 pounds. Delivery delays turned up technical testing issues, necessitating a complete reorganization of the program. The delivery of combat-ready CH-53Ks was rescheduled for May 2020.
